Alicia Benitez has spent her 30-year career in the design, development, and project management of multi-million-dollar, high-and low-rise residential, mixed-use, commercial and industrial real estate projects. She is an experienced professional with an extensive understanding of mechanical systems (MEP) and codes (building, health, ADA, etc.).
Employers have included major names in the development and construction industry, including Fontainebleau Development, WCI Communities, Turnberry, and Coastal Construction. Serving incapacities of director of architecture and design, and project manager, she has worked on notable projects such as The Fairmont Pompano Beach, One Bal Harbor (hotel/retail/restaurant/condominium), the Resort at Singer Island (FL), and numerous high-profile projects.
Alicia holds a Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University. She is LEED accredited, and is a licensed interior designer.
