Mark Schultz


Mark Schultz began his career in public accounting and then moved into real estate as a mortgage banker with institutions including Citicorp, GE Capital and Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage.  He leveraged that experience in roles as CFO with privately held investment and development groups including The Picerne Group, Hopkins Real Estate Group, Broe Group and Immanuel Retirement Communities.

As a CFO and mortgage banker Mark has closed over $2 billion in structured debt and equity used to acquire and develop multifamily, senior communities, affordable housing, office and retail properties.

Mark holds an MBA from DePaul University, a BA in Accounting from the University of Iowa and is a CPA.
