Stephen Selby has focused his twenty-year career on multifamily real estate: development, acquisitions, underwriting deals, and raising equity capital. He has also been responsible for portfolio asset management through final disposition. During the economic downturn, Steve was charged with restructuring, workouts, and liquidation of assets held by a variety of investment groups. His responsibilities included a HUD refinance of a large portfolio of luxury apartment communities.
As chief investment officer at Lloyd Jones, Stephen is responsible for identifying and analyzing potential investments and overseeing the acquisitions team and its analysts.
Stephen received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida and has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1999. He is also an active volunteer with Summit Church Orlando/Lake Mary and The Jobs Partnership of Florida.
