Suzanne Wilder’s law practice has focused on transactional real estate and attendant corporate governance documents. She has successfully closed numerous commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional lenders in multimillion-dollar financing transactions and representing developers in the acquisition and sale of various types of commercial properties. She has also negotiated and drafted commercial leases and prepared and filed the requisite documentation for the creation and/or conversion of commercial, residential, and mixed-use condominiums.
Suzanne’s role as corporate counsel is to facilitate the negotiation and closing of acquisitions, sales and complex financing transactions and to advise the leadership team on legal matters.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas School of Law, where she was an editor for the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review.
